1. About Neon Lace Neon Lace is a sole trader cultural and market intelligence platform operated by Sherelle. Contact: editor@neon-lace.com
2. Membership Neon Lace offers paid membership tiers (The Afterparty and The Upper Floor) providing access to intelligence content, newsletters and member benefits as described on the membership page. Memberships are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Digital Products Products sold via the Studio (including Calm is Currency) are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact editor@neon-lace.com within 7 days of purchase.
4. B2B Intelligence Briefs Commissioned intelligence briefs are desk-based research products delivered to hospitality businesses. Briefs are non-refundable once work has commenced. Scope, deliverables and timeline are agreed in writing before work begins. All content produced remains the intellectual property of Neon Lace unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property All content on neon-lace.co.uk including articles, reports, frameworks, and editorial copy is the original work of Neon Lace and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute or repurpose any content without written permission from editor@neon-lace.com.
6. Disclaimers Content on Neon Lace is for informational and editorial purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal or professional advice. Neon Lace accepts no liability for decisions made based on content published on this site.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
